Puppy Request Form

Due to the demand for White Oak Ranch puppies, we recently added this Puppy Request Form to our website. It is extremely helpful in determining if we have a puppy available or an upcoming litter that may be perfect for you. Please keep in mind that you may not hear from us until that time arrives as we receive several of these requests daily but we will reach out to you as soon as possible especially if your match is available. White Oak Ranch does accept deposits in advance of litters and if you prefer to place a deposit, you will be moved to the top of our selection list and be one of the first to select a puppy from our litters, otherwise we will contact you and others on the waitlist from these forms once we know if there are extra pups available in our litters.

Place a deposit to reserve a puppy from a future litter. I understand the $250 deposit is non-refundable but is transferable. I am not ready to reserve a puppy, but understand the policy should I find the right puppy.

DEPOSITS: Placing a deposit in advance is highly recommended if you are certain you'd like a White Oak JRT puppy. It is not required but it WILL increase your chances of getting your pup sooner rather than later. Customers who have placed deposits will pick in the order in which they were received. At the conclusion of that selection process, we will go to the puppy request forms and contact those individuals. Please keep in mind, that there is never any guarantee as to whether there will be enough puppies in a litter to fill all of the deposits placed; the remaining deposits would have selection from the next litter.
